First, we begin with an introductory conversation about what you are looking to achieve and how I can be of assistance. This is done by phone or in person.

After this dialogue, you can decide if you are ready to partner with Sarah Carkner Enterprises to help you believe in yourself, become all you are capable of, and succeed at all you choose to do.

Next is a 1-1/2 hour initial assessment and discovery session, by phone or in person. During this session, we will get to know each other better and hone in on what specific outcomes you would like to achieve. This session sets the foundation for future sessions together. This is where the ‘Sun’ part of The Sunshine Process™ begins.

Lastly, we will have 45-minute weekly progress sessions by phone or in person. During these sessions we will focus on accomplishing your goals. This is where the ‘shine’ part of The Sunshine Process™ is implemented.

Coaching is a forward-moving process taking you and your life from functional to optimal. It is fun and highly rewarding.
